We translate the organisation's ambition, growth path and hybrid reality into a clear strategic direction for the workspace, so that the design phase starts from a decision instead of an assumption.

Involve us as soon as a workspace investment of €1M to €25M+ is on the horizon and the direction is still open. We are most useful before a brief is written. We are not the right partner if you only need design, construction or furniture procurement, those are execution disciplines we deliberately leave to specialists.

An architect designs the building; an interior firm furnishes it. We sit one layer above: we help leadership decide what the workspace should achieve, how much to invest, and on what terms, independently of any design or supply interest.

Our work is sized for organisations preparing workspace investments between €1M and €25M+, typically with 200 to 5,000 employees. Below that range, lighter advisory or direct execution is usually a better fit.
