Is Future Workspace Group the right partner for you?
Four questions, two minutes. An honest check — including a pointer to the right type of partner if we are not it.
What investment size do you anticipate?
The Strategic Fit Check is an honest mirror: for which questions are we the right partner, and for which are we not. We built this check because we would rather not have a conversation than have one that adds no value.
What the check evaluates
The four questions assess three things: the scale of the investment, the type of question (strategic vs operational) and the stage (before design/execution or during). Our value concentrates on major workspace investments where strategic choices are not yet fixed.
Below €1M, or when design and build have already been awarded, our role usually adds little. Other parties are stronger there.
Why a fit check up front
Strategic advisory work that does not fit the question rarely ends well. An investment that is too small does not carry the strategic cadence; an advisor brought in too late can only repair strategic choices, not shape them.
Making that transparent up front protects both you and us from wasted time. If the check shows there is no fit, you get a short pointer to the kind of party that does fit.
Does it fit? Then a confidential strategy session is the logical next step.

A strategy session is the moment to clarify your context and the strategic choices around your workspace investment — before design and construction set the direction.
