    What happens after you send this

    3. 03If a conversation makes sense, we propose a strategy session of ninety minutes with the people who will actually decide. It is free of charge and free of obligation.
    4. 04If we are not the right party, we say so and, where we can, point you to someone who is.

    Two working days for written enquiries. Urgent lease deadlines can be flagged in your message and are prioritised.
    Where we work
    The Netherlands, with the majority of projects in Amsterdam, Zuidas, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven. We also advise international organisations entering the Dutch market.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do you charge for a first conversation?
    No. The first strategy session of ninety minutes is free of charge and free of obligation. It exists so both sides can judge whether there is a real question to work on.
    At what stage should we contact you?
    As early as possible, ideally before a lease is signed or an architect appointed. That is the phase in which the scenarios are still open and a change of direction costs nothing.
    Do you also design or build?
    No. We are independent advisers and have no interest in a larger construction budget or a specific supplier. That independence is the reason boards use us for the decision that sets the budget.
    Can we speak English?
    Yes. We work in Dutch and English, and we regularly advise international leadership teams on Dutch market entry.
